Every morning when I wake up and every night when I go to sleep I see one piece of paper that has 2 words on it and they are "just breathe." Just these 2 words help me get through the day and help me sleep at night. I see those 2 words and think "ok, today is gonna be a good day just remember to breathe." Also these 2 words help me realize that life is short and that in any emotional situation whether your sad, happy, scared, depressed, frustrated, excited, or falling in love you must take a deep breathe and relax. So I wanted to share with you my secret (and why my blog is titled "Just Breathe") about how I live my life and what gets me through the day! One of my favorite songs is from Anna Nalick called "Breathe" whenever I am in a funk or just scared/anxious I listen to this song and it calms down my emotions. I want you to just listen to the lyrics of this song and listen to what she is singing about and then just relax and breathe!
So even if you are at your worst days, just remember life can get hectic and crazy but there is always something to look forward too.
And remember to just breathe,
